Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or masterclass session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds for consultation services and masterclass sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues or provide an appropriate resolution.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an alternative date and time that works for both parties.
